Booking Terms & Conditions

The boring stuff.

We want to provide you with the best service possible! For you to be on the same page- you'll need a bit of info first. Here's the nitty gritty of how we operate and how it's possible to ensure our that all of our clients have a great experience.

Booking

You can book online with our online booking tool. It's really easy and you can see all of the available appointments at the time. Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid delay in getting the spot you want. We typically book out a few weeks in advance, and Saturdays fill up fast!

If you have some last minute availability and would like to check if we have a spot, please feel free to call 07932783225 and we'll have a look for you.

We can also add you to a waiting list if you'd like an earlier appointment.

Patch Test

A patch test needs to be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Yes we know, 'it will fine not to do it', but this is for your safety. And as my mom says, 'better safe than sorry.' 

If you want to skip the consultation, that's cool, we can just post you the patch test. But make sure when you book that you'll have enough time to receive it. You can always pop into the shop to grab it too.

Consultation

If you wish to attend a consultation, that's great! Just make sure you schedule it at least 24 hours before the treatment date (if you book it at the same time). 

You can also book an online consultation if you have Instagram or FB messenger. In this case, you will have to message my page:

If you prefer to chat, we can schedule in a call or message on WhatsApp. 

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. It goes toward the final cost of your treatment. So, it doesn't cost anymore, it just ensures that you're as serious about the appointment as we are.

If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment, this deposit will be forfeited and you will need to pay another one when re-booking.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment before 72 (3 days) hours of your appointment time, the deposit can be transferred to any new date of appointment.

Touch Ups 

The first touch up (between  6-12 weeks) is included in the price.

Please schedule this as soon as you can as if you miss the 12 week mark, it will not be considered a touch up anymore and it will be chargeable.

If you fail to show up (or fail to give 3 days notice of cancellation) for your free touch up, a £50 fee will be charged when you do your touch up.

This is only for clients that had the initial treatment done by us.

Colour Refresh 

Any appointments made after the 12 week mark is considered a colour refresh. This is a single appointment.

This is only for clients that had the initial treatment done by us.

Corrections

If you have had permanent makeup done before and want it fixed, you must attend a consultation appointment. There is no guarantee that corrections will only require one appointment.

Annual Re-touch

It's recommended that you get your permanent makeup touched up between 12-18 months. This will keep the colour looking fresh. 

Some of the factors that contribute to fading is UV exposure, chemical peels, oily skin, and other chemicals. For full details, please get in touch.

Health & Safety

Health & Safety is my middle name... ok, it's not, but you get it. It's super important, for you and for me. 

When you arrive on your first appointment, you will need to fill out a medical questionnaire. Please let us know if you have any serious medical conditions before you book to double check if you're a good candidate.

When you come back for the retouch, please let me know if any medical conditions have changed.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase from the Book Online section of the website. These have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Refund Policy

All treatments are non- refundable and non-transferable.
